WE WANT YOU TO BE COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH YOUR ORDER Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. All returns must be agreed upon with a member of our sales team by calling on 0115 946 1988. Returned merchandise should be in the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. All non-warranty returns will be incur a collection charge and a 10% restock fee which will be deducted from any credit applied to your account.
IN THE UNFORTUNATE OCCURANCE OF AN ORDER SHORTFALL OR ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, your claim must be notified to us within four (4) working days. Once verified, we will endeavour to send you any shortfall within 48 hours. Replacements for damaged or defective items can either be sent once the items are returned to us and an inspection and validation has been completed or, if time is of the essence for you, we can send replacements out immediately, bill you for them and credit your account after the inspection and validation has been completed.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ORDER CORRECTLY, If you are unsure the part or product you want is right for your needs, please call our sales team on 0115 946 1966 to check, before placing your order, any items being returned to stock as a result of being ordered in error, must be returned un-used, sealed in the original packaging, any collections which have to be made will incur a collection cost and a 10% restock fee which will deducted from any credits applied to your account. We can only accept returns within 30 days of invoicing.
IF WE MAKE A MISTAKE, We will endeavour to rectify our error in a timely manner. Please notify us as soon as possible, to allow us to investigate what went wrong and fix the problem as soon as we can.
