Upper Cut!

Bilborough Community Boxing Club, based at the Harvey Hadden sports complex, Wigman Rd, Bilborough, Nottingham and Supported by donations from Sportivate, The National Lottery & Sport England, provide boxing training and exercise support for the local community and beyond, but most of all they offer a place for kids, teenagers and adults to mix, learn and do something productive rather than walking the streets in the evenings and weekends..


Body Blow

The club is proud to be the home of up and coming hero, 'Little Arm', also known as 'Ekow The Engine', better known as Ekow Essuman.  Ekow has a total of 36 wins, with 13 Knock Out's and has been ABA (Amature Boxing Association) quarter finalist twice, semi finalist once, Midlands champion at 71kg twice and Midlands champion at 75kg and is currently working towards achieving a place at the Summer 2016 Olympics in Brazil.  We wish him the best of luck!

Left Hook

This week, HSC Firesafe Manager, Peter Romaniw donated Fire Extinguishers and First Aid equipment to Bilborough Community Boxing Club and are also going to maintain their fire alarm system, to help them continue to offer a safe and professional environment for their pupils and support Enow in achieving his goal.

Pete and the club are very grateful that HSC Firesafe could donate this essential equipment and make time to manage their fire alarm for them.
